Why clients come to Ginger
Experience matters most
when it helps make the right call.
Over 30 years, Ginger PR has developed a practical understanding of what editors look for, how public narratives move, and when a story is ready to be taken forward. The firm keeps things simple: a focused team, direct involvement from the founder, and close follow-through.
There are no unnecessary layers between the client and the person responsible for the mandate.
Stories shaped for the newsroom, not dressed up as press releases. Clear angles, sensible timing, and long-standing newspaper relationships.
Communication support for mandates involving policy, public sentiment, institutions, and political stakeholders.
Practical counsel when facts are moving and every public statement needs care, context, and sound judgment.
Publicity for films, personalities, causes, and cultural events, with a clear sense of what editors and audiences will respond to.
What Ginger PR does
It is not about outspending
the field. It is about outthinking it.
Ginger PR is a full-service public relations consultancy specialising in strategic communication planning and its implementation. The firm is promoted by communications specialists who have worked together for 25 years, bringing together corporate image management, financial communications, marketing, and brand building.
Strategic planning sits behind everything. We ask a lot of questions, partly out of curiosity but mostly because questions lead to a different way of thinking, and that is how a client gets separated from the field in the mind of a customer.
You bring the industry knowledge. We add the communications experience. Together the two produce something that works.
Communication plans built around the objective, the audience, and the window in which a story can realistically move.
Long-term work on how an organisation is understood by media, stakeholders, and the public.
Financial and shareholder communication, handled with the precision the subject demands.
Access to editors and correspondents built over three decades, and used carefully enough to still be worth something.
Launches and sustained campaigns that give a product a real reason to be written about.
Positioning and media management for founders, artists, and public figures.
Counsel when facts are still moving and every statement carries weight.
Publicity for Marathi cinema and television, from first look through release week.
Selected public record
Public relations often works best when attention stays on the client and the story. This section therefore includes only associations already in the public domain. More detailed examples can be shared privately, with permission.
A long-running specialisation. Titles publicised by Ginger PR, listed from the firm's own records.
Clients & institutions
Mandates handled by Ginger PR and its consultants across ministries, trade associations, listed companies, diplomatic missions, and cultural institutions.
Handling confidential work
The website shares enough to establish experience while respecting client confidence. Sensitive details remain reserved for serious conversations.
Existing credits, coverage links, event records, and named partnerships that are already in the public domain.
The situation, Ginger PR's role, and the outcome are explained without exposing the client or confidential working details.
Named campaign details and references are shared selectively and only with the client's consent.
Founder, Ginger PR
Three decades of hands-on work across media, public affairs, and entertainment.
A Commerce graduate of Mumbai University, he has built working relationships across newsrooms, Maharashtra's public life, entertainment, and stakeholder networks. His strength is reading what a journalist actually needs, and turning a corporate or brand position into facts a newsroom can use.
He has led media strategy for corporate clients across retail, information technology, textiles, and fashion, and has been central to several crisis mandates. Ginger PR remains intentionally small: a focused team supports each mandate, while he stays the principal point of contact from the first discussion through execution.
The people on the mandate
Ginger PR is deliberately compact. The people who take the brief are the people who do the work.
Among the senior-most communications professionals in India, and principal consultant and advisor to Ginger PR. Over three and a half decades he has built deep expertise in corporate reputation management and in every other facet of PR, across retail, oil and gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, technology, and financial services.
From Indian Oil to BASF AG, from Union Carbide India through its most difficult years to family-owned transnationals such as Jumbo Holdings, he has developed strategy for brand management, crisis communication, financial communication, rural marketing, employee communication, product launches, and community programmes.
